Payments:
We accept Google Check Out as our primary payment option.
Your Credit/Debit Card will not be charged until the item has been shipped and tracking number by EMS has been provided.
Shipping:
Items will usually be shipped within 3~5 working days after order placed. We will notify you by e-mail of any delays.
Items will be shipped via EMS parcel delivery services, which are fully trackable international delivery services. Tracking number will be provided as soon as item has been shipped
We will only ship to the delivery address you have stated in the Google Check Out Process
Shipping via EMS or TNT Express delivery services usually arrives between 5~7 working days depending on locations

While EMS or TNT express is fully trackable, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control while the item is in transit, such as delay in customs clearance
Buyers are responsible for customs charges occurred at the Buyer's country
Buyers are also responsible for complying with national importation rules on goods. It is the the responsibility of the Buyer to cooperate with local customs in the customs clearance process
If your parcel is stopped by the customs, please contact us so we can help with the customs clearance process
It is the Buyer's responsibility to sign for and collect the parcel at delivery. If the parcel is returned due to the buyer's refusal to sign and collect the parcel or failure of the buyer to cooperate with local customs in the clearing process, a partial refund of 80% would be issued. This is to cover the cost of posting and packaging.

Measurements provided are the measurements of the garments, please take into account any clothing worn underneath the garment when deciding which size to order. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions regarding sizing and measurement
Requests for return should be made within 7 days of receipt by means of e-mail. This period will start at the point where the parcel has been signed for.
In the event of faulty items, seller will be responsible for return shipping of the faulty item. Claims of faulty items must be accompanied by photographic proof of the defect
Buyers returning for any reasons other than faulty items will be required to pay the costs of returning the item.
Any returned item must be sent via a secure and trackable service. Refund will be only be issued when the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items must be returned in its original conditions and packaging. We reserve the rights to refuse refund for items not in its original conditions and packaging. In this case, the item will be shipped back to you.
