It is the Buyer's responsibility to sign for and collect the parcel at delivery. If the parcel is returned due to the buyer's refusal to sign and collect the parcel or failure of the buyer to cooperate with local customs in the clearing process, a partial refund of 80% would be issued. This is to cover the cost of posting and packaging.

Requests for return should be made within 7 days of receipt by means of e-mail. This period will start at the point where the parcel has been signed for.
In the event of faulty items, seller will be responsible for return shipping of the faulty item. Claims of faulty items must be accompanied by photographic proof of the defect
Buyers returning for any reasons other than faulty items will be required to pay the costs of returning the item.
Any returned item must be sent via a secure and trackable service. Refund will be only be issued when the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items must be returned in its original conditions and packaging. We reserve the rights to refuse refund for items not in its original conditions and packaging. In this case, the item will be shipped back to you.
